On Tuesday 4 October at 9am, local resident Daphne Cotton is offering an introductory session to this unusual exercise routine in aid of Amnesty International. Otherwise known as the “Art of the Longevity Stick”, these exercises were devised as a whole body routine to promote health and well-being.
Practicing these exercises for 30 minutes a day will strengthen your body, build up your immune system and prevent the premature onset of old age. Suitable for all ages and physical conditions. Bamboo sticks will be provided.
